Australia is offically the best place ever!!!! Sun, Sea and Surfers! what more could you want???
Our first stop was Melbourne where we met Sophie's brother Tarquin and his new girlfriend Laura and her friend. We went to this open air beer festival place, with live music. was wicked. we then went and got a $4 pizza...it was amazing, best cheap pizza ever. we're where pretty tired so decided to get lost on the tram to get home. good times.

Sorry havent writen....
hey everyone,
sorry i havent written in ages been too busy having an amazing time!!! So after my last entry us girls headed off the San Fransico. It was so much colder than LA so we felt kinda at home. We went on an open top bus ride around to see the sights. The Golden Gate bridge was amazing. we went over it quite a few times. One day we went to Fishermans Warf and had the best Burger ever...it was huge and very tasty. after that we went to the aquarium...was so much fun, unfortunately sophie was ill half way through it.
After San Fransico we went to Las Vegas. Even though we could not drink or gamble we had a very good time. we arrived in the late morning so got settled into our hostel and then went out for dinner and walked down the strip to see some of the shows and casino's. However along the way i accidently dropped my camera and it stopped working, dont fret...i got it back working so have a few photos from there. We got to see the Pirate show, the Billagio fountain show and also some lion's inthe MGM. was pretty amazing.
We then came back to LA, where we had a few days to sort ourselves out and then it was off to the Cook Islands.
We arrived at 6am and it was all over cast, we were a bit upset but thought it might clear up...we were sooo wrong. just as we got into a rooms it started to pour down with rain. Our little room was up in the hill side with our own kitchen and bathroom and living room...these were shared with two other people.
after a day of rain it cleared up, the days were hot and like true english girls we got slighty burnt on the first day of sun! Lucy got sun stroke so the next day she stayed in bed. We hired a little nissan Mirca convertible for a few days which was brilliant. we got to travel the island and see some of the other beaches. We found out the the good nights to go out on where Wednesday and Friday so we pretty much sorted out a regular route...it goes...drink a bit at home, get on the bus, get to Banana Court and then off the Watever Bar which is above a "club" called Rehab. We had some very good nights and even met and became friends with some of the locals.
the first place we stayed was called Vara's but as we were in the hill side we didnt get to meet anyone so we decided to move across the island to a Backpackers where we had a little hut on the beach. We met some of the people we'd seen out and made some pretty cool friends.
We now have moved on to New Zealand. We only stayed in Auckland for a night so didnt see much of that. However we went up to the Bay of Islands for a night where we saw some dolphins and then across to Mercury Bay where we went sea kayaking. We then moved onto Rotorua. It stank off rotten eggs becuase of all the hot pools and volcanic mud. we didnt get to see too much of the area but in the evening we went to a tribal dinner. It was very funny as the people where pulling very funny faces which made us giggle during the show and one guy happened to catch our eye and he started giggling too...hehe. after the show we had an all you can eat dinner which was delicious!!!
we have now moved on to Watiomo, on the way we went luge-ing. this is where you go up a hill and get into a go-kart and race down the hill in a course. we started off with easy but by the end we were doing Advanced! it was so much fun. Thinking of going sky diving tomorrow...am very scared. Also we are going Black water Rafting though some caves!

So far....
well its been a few days so far, yet so much has happened!!! we've been to Venice beach and saw some funny little men jumping over about 8 people and a half naked man balancing on a step ladder hold a couple of snakes..was strange! we also went to Hollywood and saw the stars in the floor and the hand prints. we also got scared by a cowboy and paid $2 for a photo with a gladiator who grabbed me tightly!!!
The other day we met some of Carolin's friends and got invited to a beach party in Malibu, we all got pretty drunk playing drinking games and taking the mick out of the way we talk. Hehe. So the day after was pretty chill, sunbathing at home next to the pool.
New Years eve- today we went shopping for a dress to wear to this party, saw loads of people setting up camp on the side of the road inorder to get a place to sit for tomorrow's parade, was hillarious as they'll be there all night!
